The reason that I really like this site is due to the fact that they have an array of different ways to earn money, so you don't get bored of doing the same task over and over again. Now with that said, that means that trying to figure out where to start can be frustrating and overwhelming (that's how I started out because I didn't have anyone to guide me) and resulting in giving up. So I have compiled some tips to help you get started. READY, SET, GO!

The following are the current possible ways to earn points: watching videos, listening to online music, visiting sites, testing apps or games, shopping, filling out surveys, and completing general micro-tasks. InstaGC is continuously adding new opportunities to earn as well. You can view all of these opportunities on the earn page.

Once you've completed these tasks, you will be rewarded with points that can be used towards your next gift card. For every one point you will have one cent.

InstaGC Point System

1 point=$ 000.01

10 points=$ 000.10

100 points=$ 001.00

1,000 points=$ 010.00

10,000 points=$ 100.00

How long will it take to earn

Earning potential is entirely dependent on how much time and effort you put into your tasks. I have easily earned up to 500 points or more a day just by completing certain offers. Some members even earn up to 500 to 2,000 points daily! All it takes is patience and a willing mindset and which offers work the best for you.

Basics

Sometimes completing offers can be frustrating and seem nearly impossible. Below you find tips and recommendations to help you increase your earnings:

Submit real information

If you are found using fake information, you will be considered a fraud, your account will be suspended and you might face legal action as well.

Use multiple email addresses (this is an absolute MUST!)

You don't have to submit the same email you used to make an account on InstaGC. It is recommended that you create new emails often (from gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc) to use for offers.

All email addresses you use need to be created by you and cannot be a disposable/temporary email. The reason for this is that some offers require you to confirm your email address.

Sometimes offers won't tell you to confirm your email yet it has to be confirmed for you to receive credit. So make sure you check your email even if they don't tell you to.

Offers

Most offers don't credit exactly after you complete them so don't get frustrated when that doesn't happen. Patients is the key here.

  • Make sure each page fully loads before filling out information.

  • Leave the last page of the offer open once completed for a few minutes or until it credits.

  • You should wait a short period of time before completing your next offer.

My favorite offer walls where I have earned the bulk of my money is on the following:

Peanut Labs*

Loyalty Radio

InstaGC*

Minute Staff*

Surveys

I have earned a TON of points doing surveys. Surveys are your bread and butter when it comes to InstaGC!

Survey area

Before attempting your first survey, you would need to make sure your profile information is completely filled out. These actions will help ensure that you are matched to the most appropriate surveys.

Answering surveys

Find the survey you would like to attempt and click on Start for that survey. Continue going through the survey until it's completed or you get disqualified.

Sorting options

Click on any of the titles (Survey, Est. Length, Points) to sort.

Getting disqualified

You will find that at times, you may be disqualified right away. I can't stress this enough, don't be discouraged. There are plenty of surveys to attempt and it's better to get disqualified at the very beginning than almost at the of the survey.

Note: On your first five disqualifications of the day, you will receive a 1 point bonus each. If you have more than 5 DQ's in that same day, no bonus point will be awarded.

Cookies

(I know I'm hungry too, but these aren't those types of cookies!)

Ok, so what the heck is a cookie? A cookie (also known as HTTP cookie, web cookie, or browser cookie) is a small piece of data that is stored in the web browser whenever you browse a website. The information the cookie contains is set by the server and it can be used by that server whenever the user visits the website. A cookie can be thought of as an internet user's identification card, which can tell a website when the user has returned.

Cookies cannot carry viruses, nor can they install malware. Cookies can store passwords and forms that have previously been submitted, so it is recommended to clear them often.

Every time you visit an advertiser's website to complete an offer, tracking cookies are stored on your computer. This allows the advertiser to tell you apart from other users and to know which offers to show you. Since a lot of advertisers use the same system for displaying ads, it is recommended that you clear your cookies before completing a new offer. If you do not clear cookies often, you will most likely not receive credit for offers often.

Sometimes when you complete two different offers from a specific wall you may not earn credit for the second offer. So for this reason you want to make sure that you make a habit clear your browser's cookies frequently. (I clear mine in between each offer).

You can clear cookies either automatically or manually, whichever you prefer.

  • CCleaner (automatic): This is a downloaded application that will clear cookies and cache, and help make your computer more secure and faster too. It is easy to use and configure, works with all browsers and has configurations so you can keep specific cookies (so you don't have to log back into instaGC each time you run the program). The only downside when using CCleaner is that you must close out of your browser in order for it to properly operate.

  • CookieCuller (automatic): If you use Firefox, you can install this add-on. It can be used to clear cookies between offers without having to close your browser. It also allows specific cookies to be preserved so you don't have to log in again to frequently-used sites.

  • Google Chrome (manual): Browse to chrome://settings/clearBrowserData (or press ctrl+shift+delete). Select all boxes. Click "Clear browsing data".

  • Internet Explorer (manual): Click Tools icon (or press alt+X), then Internet Options. Select General tab. Under Browsing history section, click "Delete...". Select "Temporary Internet files and website files" and "Cookies and website data" and click Delete.

  • Mozilla FireFox (manual): Click Tools menu, then Options (or press alt+T+O). Select Privacy icon. Click "remove individual cookies". Click "Remove All Cookies".

  • Opera (manual): Click Opera icon, then Settings, then "Delete Private Data...". Click Delete.

  • If you have a different browser version for Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla FireFox, or any other browser, feel free to contact us to ask how to clear cookies, or just do a Google search for how to clear them.

Giftcards

  • Prior to your first gift card reward redemption, you will have to verify your account through a one-time phone verification process. An automated phone call or text will provide you with a code that you must properly enter.

  • Yes, gift cards are really instant! The gift card code details are instantly displayed on your device/screen once you redeem your points. Please note that gift cards will not and cannot be mailed to you since they are digital and electronic.

  • Gift card options range from $1 to $500. So for example, for a $1 gift card, you need 100 points to redeem for it.

  • Over 290+ gift card options exist and all can be found at the Instant gift cards store. Use the search and/or filtering options to find the gift card option you are most interested in.
